SHIPPING
Most orders for CBD products and accessories placed on the Her Highness website will be shipped within 3 business days and received within 5 business days of the shipping date for locations in the contiguous US. Expedited shipping will ship on the following business day if ordered after noon EST. Shipping charges are calculated by weight as shown on the checkout page.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE MAY BE SHIPPING DELAYS FROM CARRIERS, BEYOND THE CONTROL OF HER HIGHNESS.
RETURNS
We accept returns of CBD products and accessories purchased on the Her Highness website within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs. Product(s) must be returned unopened/unused and sealed in their original packaging. We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To return products, please email helpdesk@herhighness.com for return approval and follow the instructions provided. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON ANY PRODUCT(S) DESIGNATED ON THE WEBSITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
REFUNDS
We will use our commercially reasonable best efforts to process returns within approximately five business days of receipt of the returned product. If you request a refund, it will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original order. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THE WEBSITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
